This is wasting TOO much time and eventually it becomes too much. Instead of the constant buzzing rumination, you need to know how to plan ONCE and execute more efficiently.
2. Stop Emotionally Eating
You want to STOP wanting the food, am I right? But the moment life feels hard you find yourself in the pantry, snacking when you aren't really hungry. You don't need your work life to get easier, your kids to behave or your partner to recognize you. You need to know how to handle ANY emotion without running to food for comfort.
